dentified by music executives as likely to be hits可以直接把 by music executives排除在外，就是句子變成了dentified as likely to be hits。句子就是be identified 後面再接as （相當於連詞），連線後面（they are）likely to be hits. 我認為不是be identified as這個固定片語, 因為這個後面一般加的是名詞。
應該是be identified 後面加 as的從句。不知道你明白沒？
